Why it matters

Action Model develops reusable assembly methods through concrete proving cases. A responsible owner resolves the business goal and hard choices; a bounded worker receives the chosen method, inputs, source locations and checks. The method catalogue separates specifications, machine-readable contracts and executable methods. This makes prior engineering useful to the next agent without pretending that one working case proves a complete automatic assembly pipeline.
