SISO Foundry
Find what is worth reusing. Prove it before building on it.
The Library’s reading
Why it matters
Good software already contains years of hard-won domain knowledge. Foundry makes that work discoverable and tests how it could serve a real business need, so each project does not have to start its research again. The Library preserves the resulting identities and receipts; Knowledge owns durable retrieval, and the product owner still decides what to adopt.

Sauce
The useful things to open first. Claims stay attached to dated receipts.
17 industry research records
Processes, existing software, candidate code, source evidence and falsifiable pilots. Values are unmeasured; read or fetch the same pinned research from any project.
Open source ↗02 / Source highlightWhat reusable code is worth
The observed-value formula and ten existing-repository examples. Missing inputs remain unknown; evidence completeness is not a dollar value.
Open source ↗03 / Source highlight9,636-repository evidence universe
The v0.4.0 receipt anchors twenty scored applications and twelve evidence-qualified God Sources. These are dated findings, not a live inventory or automatic reuse permission.
Open source ↗04 / Source highlightChoose the adoption route
The value matrix compares whole applications, APIs, sidecars, extraction, reference, and building. Each route carries proof gates, not just a popularity score.
Open source ↗05 / Source highlightResumable discovery campaigns
Versioned query contracts, checkpoints and source lineage make discovery repeatable. Candidate rights still require direct review before promotion.
Open source ↗For agents
SISO Open Source Foundation · Foundry owner · Start with the source entry, then the machine-readable dossier.
Documented entry commands: npm test · python3 pipelines/github/run_campaign.py --dry-run. These are documented source entry commands; fresh test results are recorded separately in the evidence. Follow the owning source instructions before execution; private access and campaign activation remain separate.

Relationships
The Great Library of SISOThe Library registers identities, evidence and released reuse knowledge without copying Foundry's data plane.
SISO KnowledgeFoundry discovers and evaluates sources; Knowledge governs durable corpus and retrieval semantics.
SISO Repo BankThe Repo Bank is the published, read-only reuse-bank export from Foundry's identity database.
Evidence & receipts
17 published industry records and two reviewed value-model/input records retain source references, rights boundaries and unmeasured values. Full source npm test retains a pre-existing external atlas limitation.Open receipt ↗
Foundry 0.4.0 publishes the repository-by-use-case-by-route value matrix over the recovered 9,636-repository evidence universe, including twenty scored applications, twelve evidence-qualified God Sources, platform primitives, authority groups, agent-operation surfaces, and proof gates.Open receipt ↗
Foundry 0.3.0 adds the durable Agency intelligence mission, exact logical-source and query receipts, candidate and ownership boundaries, application map, and promotion backlog to the resumable source-campaign platform.Open receipt ↗
