The Great Library of SISOSplit out of the Great Library on 2026-08-07, reuniting agent/remote-viewing-research-module and agent/psychoenergetics-terrain-scan, which forked at c9e4876 with neither containing the other. The repository name was the module's own stated destination.

The module recorded that it implemented the requested standalone data skeleton under its canonical path in order to avoid 'pretending that a separate siso-stargate-library repository already exists'. That repository now exists and this Work registers it.research/remote-viewing/data/README.md

Executed against the split repository after the filter, not merely inspected: test_target_manager.py ran 7 tests with result OK, and verify_module.py reported PASS at sources=36, claims=33, demo_targets=12, relative_links_checked=16, publication_safe_files_scanned=20.
