From a checkout with Node 20:

Each catalog match gives its stable identity, selection state, source visibility, owner entry and dossier URL. Read one relevant dossier, then the owning source instructions. Missing reviewed commands remain missing; do not infer a runnable or public payload. Read commands verify local projection freshness and do not mutate or publish.
